Not satisfied with what you ordered? No problem.
BLUEBLUE BEACHWEAR offers you the right to return or exchange a product within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, with the protective sticker intact, and accompanied by the receipt.
First, complete the following “Exchanges – Returns Form” to submit your request:
GREECE
Product Exchanges:
The first exchange is FREE, provided the product is not on sale.
- First, complete the exchange/return form. Then, we send you the new product, and when the courier delivers the new package, you hand back the old one on the spot.
- If you choose a product of the same value, the courier delivers the new order to your door with no extra charge (for the first exchange).
- If you choose a product of higher value, you must pay the price difference to the courier or via credit/debit card, depending on your original payment method.
- If you choose a product of lower value, you will receive an email confirming the remaining balance, which will be credited toward your next purchase.
If the product is on sale, exchange shipping costs €5.
Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, BLUEBLUE BEACHWEAR offers refunds within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
First, complete the exchange/return form. Then, return the package (including the receipt inside) to an ELTA Courier store with recipient charge.
A fee of €10 (covering initial and return shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the case of a credit/debit card purchase, the indemnities will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that for products on sale, there is no refund, only an exchange.
The return process usually takes 3–6 business days from the time we receive the returned item. This is because all returns undergo a quality control process before reaching our e-shop offices. Once your return arrives, you will receive an update.
If a defect is identified during quality control, the company reserves the right to return the item to the customer or contact them to resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL
If you wish to exchange or return a product, complete the Exchanges – Returns Form above and select "refund" as the reason for return.
You may then place a new order for any product you wish.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. You may use any courier service you prefer or the postal service of each country. In the case of a refund, we will require Greek bank details.
Returned items must be accompanied by a tracking number; no refund can be issued for items that are lost or not received.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, this can be done free of charge as long as the order has not been handed over to the courier. If the shipping process has already started, you will be charged €5 for shipping.
